Mission Statement

Our mission is to serve individuals who have been injured and, through our experience and perseverance, to secure just compensation for their injuries.

Our areas of practice are as follows:

Personal Injury and Wrongful Death
We are privileged to have represented individuals and families throughout Ilinois in personal injury claims or wrongful death claims arising out of automobile or truck collisions, medical malpractice, product defects, railroad crossings, defects in premises (premises liability), and many other areas. We have obtained substantial verdicts or settlements in cases across several counties, recovering losses for medical bills or future medical treatment, lost earnings or wage earning potential, pain and suffering, and loss of ability to enjoy life or livelihood.

Workers' Compensation
When a worker is injured, many times they and their family need help getting medical treatment or medical bills paid; obtaining their temporary total disability benefits (known in Illinois as TTD); or securing just compensation in the Industrial Commission for loss of ability to work as effectively or fruitfully as before their injury. We have been able to assist these workers and their families to obtain benefits before the Industrial Commission in claims arising throughout our state.

Civil Trial Advocacy
In a few instances we have been asked to help assist other attorneys or individuals in cases not involving direct personal injury or harm but where the rights or privileges of common people are threatened and we think we can help. These situations are opportunities for us to utilize our skills in civil trial advocacy to assist in affording representation in such disputes.
